Summary

My name is Jose Carlos Hernandez and I am Illustrator and Graphic Designer. I'm also an avid comic book collector. I grew up in Salinas, California and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Art & Animation from Cogswell Polytechnical College in 2016. I have loved drawing for as long as I can remember and for the times that I can't recall, thanks to my mother she has a few doodles saved!

My story is like any other kid that grew up during the 90's: Saturday morning cartoons, Super Soakers, Moon Jumps, Flintstones Vitamins, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and Rugrats. Just a few of the early obsessions have influenced my work and life permanently. I am a huge geek at heart, through and through.

After I graduated, I moved closer to the San Francisco Bay to start a new, in hopes of finding a career. Since moving I am currently looking for job opportunities involving my art, but until one comes knocking I will keep creating for myself.

Currently live in the Bay Area, willing to relocate!
